Young Thug denied bond in RICO case and will be detained

During an eight-hour bond hearing today in Atlanta’s Fulton County Courthouse, Young Thug was formally denied the bond and will remain in custody at the Cobb County Jail. Young Thug, along with YSL member Gunna, will both appear in court for their RICO case set for January 2023.

When prosecutors came to talk about why Young Thug shouldn’t have received the bond money, they noted his numerous lyrics in which he allegedly detailed all the crimes he committed. that he and YSL caused. As they concluded their statements at his bond hearing this evening, they called Young Thug the “King Slime” and designated him as the “most dangerous” member of the YSL and the Call all shots, as it involves murder and other gang-related activities.

“[He is] top dog, most dangerous man here, because he doesn’t have to get his hands dirty, he has others doing his thing… YSL gang members [say] that he is ‘dangerous, they fear him, that if they get past him he will kill them and their families…’ he is the one they all fear, he is the Slime King, he we are shooting. “
