“Twitter Suspended Not For Breaking Rules, But…”: ‘Kantara’ Actor
“Kantara” actor Kishore Kumar G clarified today that his Twitter account was not suspended for breaking the rules. Several reports yesterday claimed that the actor’s Twitter account was suspended as he flouted the rules of the microblogging site.
Sharing a screenshot of his email conversation with Twitter, Kishore Kumar G on Instagram said his account has been suspended due to the hack.
“Just to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings about my Twitter account being suspended. My Twitter account has not been suspended for any of my posts,” he wrote.
“I know that it was due to the hack on December 20, 2022. Twitter has promised to take the necessary action,” the 48-year-old added.
The screenshot Mr. Kumar shared shows a message from the Twitter team confirming that they received a request to change his email ID.
The letter from Twitter said: “Once we have received your confirmation, we will review the information you provided and will respond as soon as possible.”
Kishore Kumar G, also known for web series “She” and “The Family Man” season one, has been active on Twitter from handle ‘@actorkishore’.
He played a ranger officer Muralidhar in last year’s hit Kannada film “Kantara”, and is known for being outspoken and sharing his views on social media.
The 48-year-old actor has more than 43,000 followers on Instagram and more than 66,000 on Facebook. Both accounts are unverified.
