The perfect picture of Michelle Pfeiffer, Gillian Anderson and Viola Davis at the launch of their new project
The premiere of a new series dedicated to the first ladies of the United States took place in Los Angeles. In screenwriter Aaron Cooley’s anthology “The First Lady,” the lead roles are played by Michelle Pfeiffer reincarnated as Betty Ford, Gillian Anderson Eleanor Roosevelt on the screen, and Viola Davis like Michelle Obama.
The series will premiere this Sunday on Showtime. All three actresses came to the red carpet to support the project and teach a stylish class.
Gillian Anderson based off Valentino’s bright overall look in a strapless top and flared trousers with arrows, shown at Paris Fashion Week for fall-winter 2022/23. Michelle Pfeiffer tried on an elegant pair of black trousers with a Celine silk top. At the same time, Viola Davis captivated photographers with a maxi dress featuring Stella McCartney’s most popular color of the season, deep orange.
Dakota Fanning also participated in the filming of “First Lady”. She took on the role of Susan Elizabeth Ford, the daughter of US President Gerald Ford. She chose a dress with transparent lace by the American brand Rodarte for this event.
