The new squad that Barcelona want to create
An insight into Barcelona’s summer transfer plans has been offered this week with the Spanish giants keen to start the attack.
It’s somewhat surprising that Barcelona appear to be eyeing a complete trio ahead of the 2022/23 season.
This comes as Mundo Deportivo reports that Barcelona are planning to create a striker trio with Ansu Fati, Robert Lewandowski and Raphinha.

Lewandowski looks set to leave Bayern Munich this summer in search of a new challenge, while Raphinha is expected to leave Leeds United if they are relegated from the Premier League on Sunday.
Therefore, the possibility of the aforementioned trio becoming Barcelona’s three strikers in the next campaign is quite high.

However, it would be a bit unfair for Barcelona’s current attacking players if Xavi Hernandez switched to his forward line entirely.
In particular, it will look harsh for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who was once a reincarnated player in Catalonia.
The 32-year-old has scored an impressive 11 goals and provided an assist in 16 La Liga appearances for Barcelona since his move from Arsenal in January.
Elsewhere, Ferran Torres was signed by Manchester City for a large sum less than six months ago. The Spaniard has scored seven goals and assisted six in 25 appearances for Barca and probably wouldn’t be too happy to lose his space less than a year after joining the team.
Ultimately, the arrival of Lewandowski and or Raphinha will likely end Memphis Depay’s time at Barcelona.
