Psychoanalysis goes from the couch to the camera; psychologists find new ways to communicate with patients; and some psychiatrists are already issuing more prescriptions online. For many, these services are a lifesaver in a desperate time of lockdown, and as life outside the home resumes, virtual therapy persists. But some therapy app users and employees have spoken out about alleged misconduct in the online mental health world, issuing statements about the companies.
