During the company’s keynote at the G-Star Korea Conference, Team Ninja president Fumihiko Yasuda mentioned plans to reboot both series after its release. Crouching Dragon: Fall of Kingdom in 2023 and Rise of Ronin in 2024.

No information has been shared beyond this, but as it sounds, these projects are still in the very early stages – so don’t expect to see anything anytime soon.
In addition to the beach themed spin-off Dead or Alive Xtreme 3: Scarlet, it’s been a while since we’ve seen a true Dead or Alive game on the Nintendo platform. For the Ninja Gaiden series we got Ninja Gaiden: Master Collection trilogy on Switch last year.
