Improvements to the original design mark the first update since the original Kickstarter launch in 2016, and the biggest change is one of the most requested by customers. Fire pits now have a removable ash pan, meaning you no longer have to pick up the unit and turn it upside down to empty it all out, making living in the starlight even more fun while cleaning things up .
