Siakam and Anunoby score 26, Raptors beat Cavs 118-107
CLEVELAND (AP) — Pascal Siakam had 26 points and 9 assists, OG Anunoby scored 26 and the Toronto Raptors took a 118-107 win over the Cavaliers on Friday night, becoming the first Eastern team to win Cleveland this season.
Scottie Barnes scored 25 points and Fred VanVleet added 18, helping Toronto beat the Cavaliers for the third time in three games this season. The Raptors hit a season-high 19 3-pointers, with Anunoby ending his career with six.
Siakam, who scored a career-high 52 points on Wednesday in New York, also had seven assists. Barnes won 10 rebounds, Anunoby had 9 and VanVleet added 8.
VanVleet’s third goal in the third half gave Toronto an 83-57 lead after three minutes, prompting Cleveland coach JB Bickerstaff to withdraw his entire starting lineup. Donovan Mitchell had four points at the time and finished with 12 on a 4/16 shot.

The Cavaliers lost 16-3 at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, which included an 11-1 scoreline against East. Minnesota and Sacramento were the other teams to win in Cleveland.
Darius Garland had 17 points and eight assists, and Isaac Okoro scored 15 for the Cavaliers, who are leading 4-1 at home after their highest six league games of the season. Cedi Osman and Kevin Love each scored 13 points from the bench.
The Raptors, the team that came in with the NBA’s lowest 0.322 ratio over 3 points, made 12 of 21 in the first half and hit a 51.4% over-the-arc performance.
Toronto won for the second time in eight games and by a score of 4-9 since beating the Cavaliers on November 28.
The Cavaliers reported a ticketed audience of 19,432, but the arena was less than two-thirds full due to sub-zero temperatures and poor road conditions in Northeast Ohio.
