Hours after Rakesh Jhunjhunwala’s death, Congress leader Sanjay Nirupam shared a video on Twitter showing the ace investor dancing to a Bollywood song ‘Kajra Re’.
In the video, surrounded by his friends and family, Jhunjhunwala is seen swaying to the movie’s song ‘Bunty Aur Babli’ on a wheelchair.
“Both of Rakesh Jhunjhunwala’s kidneys are damaged and he is on dialysis. His dance video shows that it is necessary to have a will to live under all circumstances,” the leader of the National Assembly tweeted while sharing the video. .

Rakesh Jhunjhunwala passed away this morning at Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai following a cardiac arrest. He was discharged from the same hospital a few weeks ago after being treated for kidney problems.
The veteran investor and trader, known as the Big Bull of Dalal Street, is reported to have a net worth of around $5.8 billion. He is the 36th richest billionaire in India, according to Forbes’ 2021 list.
He recently teamed up with former Jet Airways CEO Vinay Dube and former IndiGo chief Aditya Ghosh to launch Akasa Air – which took to the skies last week.
Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, often dubbed the “Warren Buffett of India”, is always upbeat about the country’s stock market. He is married to Rekha Jhunjhunwala, who is also a stock market investor.
