In November last year, the leader of the Oath Keepers militia, Stewart Rhodes, and the head of the group’s Florida branch, Kelly Meggs, were found guilty of conspiracy to sedition – the most serious charge against more than 900 who was arrested in connection with the attack on the Capitol.
