We are in the final stage before Pokémon Scarlet & Violet launching on Switch next month. After today, we’ll learn about the all-new Ghost-type Pokémonbut before we get to that, the Pokémon Company and Nintendo of America dropped a new ad for the game.
‘Your World Your Way’ is all about capturing the open world of the Paldea region. Generation IX is the first open-world main Pokémon generation, taking a leaf from Pokémon Legend: Arceus‘ book. This ad gives us the spirit of the feeling we all hope to have when we first set foot in Paldea in a few weeks.
Pikachu of course shows up, as does our brand new starter trio – looking as adorable as ever – but while the trailer doesn’t give us any new content, we do get some Short excerpts of several locations in Paldea, how the battles took place, and Tera Raids. It’s your typical sane Pokémon trailer – part adventure, some cute creatures, a little bit of mechanics; the usual stuff!
