‘Plan B’ Trends After Megan Thee Stallion Announces Her New Single

Tina Snow is back! Megan Thee Stallion is giving fans what they want and will be releasing her new single, ‘Plan B’ this Friday! Megan has trended ‘Plan B’ online after announcing it earlier today. H-Town Hottie shared a steamy photo of herself sitting in a tub full of bubbles along with the caption, “’Plan B’ on Friday. Preserve it now.” Megan had to get to know fans just hours before its release, letting them know the untitled song was ‘Letter To My Ex.’

The song received a significant response after its debut at Coachella last weekend. The song is a tribute to the 90s and samples Jodeci and WuTang’s remix of “Freak’n You”. Fans felt the song resembled Lil Kim, and Queen Bee’s name quickly trended online. One person tweeted,

“Lil Kim’s flow is second to none, and it’s fun to see the girls relearning queens!!” Another tweeted, “It’s for Lil Kim, and I need the official song NEOW!!! Tina Snow is back. ”

If that weren’t enough, the lyrics alone pay homage to the rappers who came before Meg!

“Popping Plan B because I’m not going to be stuck with ‘daddy and d**k don’t run me, I run d**k.” Queen Latifah popped into the conversation when Meg said, “Ladies, love yourselves because ‘this can get ugly. That’s why it’s f**kn****s’ , get the money.”

If you’re not familiar, Latifah rapped to the same beat in her song, ‘Name Callin’ Part 2′, in response to Foxy Brown’s diss ‘10%’.

It looks like Latifah has stamped her approval for Megan’s song because she reposted Megan teasing the song’s release on her Instagram story.
