Off-White Just Launched Perfumes
Legendary fashion brand Off-White, visionary Virgil Abloh led until he passed in November 2021, has just made its first foray into the beauty world, launching four genderless fragrances. The new beauty line, called “Paperwork” is a collection “(re)imagined as a creative toolkit designed to celebrate diversity and inspire self-expression; it invites all human beings to amplify their individuality and celebrate their potential, using playful technology and nonconforming ethos to empower individual expression, motivating people to expand their potential beyond traditional beauty,” the brand said in a statement.
The fragrance line is called “Solution”. 01 is a woody scent, with notes of bergamot, sage, seaweed and patchouli. o2 is a brighter, more citrusy fragrance, with notes of mandarin, ginger, lemon and coriander. 03 is a pungent perfume with notes of pepper, musk and rose. Finally, 04 contains notes of eucalyptus, bamboo and santo palo, bringing a brighter fragrance to the woody notes.
Abloh created these fragrances herself in collaboration with perfumers such as Alexis Dadier, Sidonie Lancesseur and Jerome Epinette, who all worked on the best-selling fragrances. While Off-White’s current product selection currently features only fragrances, color cosmetics are in high demand, including face and body crayons, and beauty stencils — which you may have discovered. appeared on celebrities like Kendall Jenner on the runway. There’s also a line of nail polish in the works, with six different finishes ranging from chapped to sparkly.
Although we may have to wait a little longer to get the color cosmetics, Off-White “Solution” perfume is still available at farfetch.com and more off—white.com.
