Nintendo of America named in workers’ rights complaint
Nintendo of America was named alongside the company that hired Aston Carter in filing of the National Labor Relations Board alleging “coordinated activities” and “coercive actions” to violate an individual worker’s right to protection.

Aston Carter is a transcontinental recruitment and staffing company that has partnered with Nintendo to fill various internal positions.
The exact details of the incident other than the fees listed above are unclear at the moment, and neither company is publicly commenting at this stage. An investigation will follow looking into the details of the allegations.
