The BCCI said in a tweet: “The All India Senior Selection Committee has appointed table tennis goalkeeper Rishabh Pant as captain and Hardik Pandya as vice-captain for the home series against South Africa,” BCCI said in a statement. tweets.

KL Rahul was appointed captain in the absence of regular captain Rohit Sharma, who is one of several top players who will be rested from the series when IPL 2022 comes to an end.

Kuldeep Yadav will also be absent from the T20I series after being hit in the right hand when hitting the ball into the net last night.
