Kason Thomass found safe and alive in Indiana, police confirm
Kason Thomas was found alive, according to a Facebook video posted by the child’s grandmother LaFonda Thomas.
LaFonda, who follows Fonda Thomas on Facebook, started going live less than an hour ago. Thomas, along with a group of people in the background, cheered loudly as they celebrated the discovery of the 5-month-old baby.
Thomas explained that Kason was found abandoned in a parking lot in Indianapolis. She also thanked everyone online for their help, especially those in Ohio and Indiana.
“My baby has ten fingers, he has ten toes. He’s healthy, he’s healthy. We will get him, thank you. Thank God,” LaFonda said. “They found my baby in Indianapolis. That crazy bastard left my baby in the parking lot, but we caught her and they caught her and that’s all that needs to be said. I love it.”
Columbus Ohio police also confirmed Kason was found “safe and alive” in a tweet and on Facebook.
“Kason Thomass was found alive and safe in Indianapolis near a Papa John’s pizzeria. The 5-month-old boy is in good health and was taken to the hospital for examination. Kason was found in a stolen Honda Accord wearing the same clothes.”
