Like Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affeck got engaged again after mending their relationship in 2021!
JLo announced the engagement Friday in a short video through her fan newsletter called ‘On The JLo.’ In the video, Jen can be seen holding back tears as she shows off her beautiful green bust and says, “You’re perfect.”
Bennifer was previously engaged in 2002. It caused quite a stir when Ben proposed with a 6.1-carat pink diamond by Harry Winston. But Jen broke off the engagement in early 2004 and married singer Marc Anthony in June of the same year. The two remained on friendly terms before romantically reconnecting and becoming official on Instagram in July 2021.
A source told ET: “J.Lo worked so hard and definitely did the same to Ben this time. “Ben is a guy and does his own thing, which J.Lo loves. He has his own life and is famous in a different way from hers and doesn’t try to compete with her in any way. They just support and love each other.”
The source continued: “Once they started coming back, it was like no time had passed. “They couldn’t agree more. They felt at this point in their lives they couldn’t deny they were meant for each other. Things are easy between Ben and Jen and that’s what makes their relationship so good. They work seamlessly together and it’s like their relationship hardly takes any effort at all.”
