IPL 2023 MI Vs LSG: What connects mango with Naveen Ul-Haq, Virat Kohli, Swiggy and Zomato? Explain
Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) faced a heavy defeat at the hands of Mumbai Indians (MI) in the ongoing Indian Premier League Knockout. After the loss, the Super Giant’s speed controller, Naveen-Ul-Haq, found himself receiving merciless mango trolls.
The trolling was initiated by die hard fans of Virat Kohli, who wasted no time mocking Naveen-Ul-Haq. However, it was Swiggy Instamart who sparked the mockery by posting a tweet that read: “Someone from Bangalore just ordered 10kg of mangoes.” This humorous tweet caught the attention of IPL 2023 enthusiasts, who responded with a series of humorous replies.
Amidst the jokes, a witty response speculated that these mangoes must have been ordered by an individual in London. This reference alludes to the fact that both Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli left Mumbai on May 24, Kohli is currently in London for the upcoming World Test Championship final against Australia, scheduled for commencing on June 7.
Zomato was one of the first to join this trend. It shared a photo in which a plate full of mangoes can be seen in front of a television screen showing Naveen-ul-Haq polishing. “Mango is not very sweet,” it wrote on the photo.
