India’s 3-ODI lineup against South Africa announced, Shikhar Dhawan will take the lead

The Cricket Control Board in India on October 2 announced the Indian Cricket team in the three-match Mastercard ODI series against South Africa.

Team India will be led by Shikhar Dhawan and Shreyas Iyer has been announced as the series’ vice-captain.

The ODI series between India and South Africa will start on October 6 and end on October 11. The first match will be played on October 6 in Lucknow.

The second match against South Africa will take place on 9 October in Ranchi, while the final match will take place on 11 October.

This will be the last series of ODI matches that the Indian team will compete in ahead of the T20I World Cup 2022, which starts on October 16 in Australia.

Here is India’s lineup for the three-match Mastercard ODI series against South Africa:

Shikhar Dhawan (Captain), Ruturaj Gaikwad, Shubhman Gill, Shreyas Iyer (Vice Captain), Rajat Patidar, Rahul Tripathi, Ishan Kishan (goalkeeper), Sanju Samson (goalkeeper), Shahbaz Ahmed, Shardul Thakur, Kuldeep Yadav, Ravi Bishnoi, Mukesh Kumar, Avesh Khan, Mohd. Siraj, Deepak Chahar.
