India at CWG 2022, Day 4 Schedule: Big day for badminton, table tennis and weightlifting in Birmingham
After a successful day of competition at the Commonwealth Games on Sunday, July 31, India is set for another eventful day as the likes of the Indian hockey team and the table tennis team among others will be on the field on Monday.
The day started with Ajay Singh in weightlifting in the Gold medal match at 2pm. India did well in this sport, winning six medals.
But the big events of the day will be the Indian team events, where they will be looking to secure a place in the final. Mixed badminton and men’s table tennis teams will come out after great performances in the previous rounds.
India’s 3rd day
On the other hand, the Indian hockey team will be looking to build on a great 11-0 start against Ghana and continue to maintain their momentum.
India’s ace table tennis player Saurav Ghosal will be hoping for a better performance after a poor performance in the previous innings while Joshana Chinappa wants to continue her strong showing.
