“Don’t focus on the target weight, but look at this as a opportunity to eat better, exercise more, and most of all, feel better.”

“They can make it part of their lifestyle and they can improve Health and control their weight throughout the year, not just for two weeks in January,” Dr. Hensrud said.
He said the first steps towards weight Management can be overwhelming, complicated, and stressful, but it doesn’t have to be. One strategy that can help is planning.
Dr. Hensrud said: “If we don’t plan, we may have to eat whatever is available. We may not make good choices. So work and effort, for the most part. is in the plan.”
