As the Realme 10 Pro series approaches its launch date in India, a detailed look at the specifications and design of the global variant of the smartphone has surfaced. The global variants of Realme 10 Pro 5G and Realme 10 Pro+ 5G will be equipped with Snapdragon 695 5G and MediaTek Dimensity 920 5G, respectively. These devices retain the ‘hyperspace’ design of the Chinese and Indian variants, with certain differences inside.
Pre-release preview by Mobile Octa has lifted the curtain on the global variant of Myself 10 Pro before the phone launches in India on December 8. The preview shows that both phones in the series feature a 120 Hz display and a 108-megapixel main camera. The global variant of the Realme 10 Pro+ 5G is said to run on the Dimensity 920 SoC. However, the Indian variant will have a MediaTek Dimensity 1080 SoC, according to Realme’s website.
The Realme 10 Pro+ 5G, according to leaked specifications, features a 6.7-inch curved AMOLED panel with a maximum brightness of 800 nits. For comparison, the 10 Pro 5G is said to have a 6.72-inch IPS LCD display with a maximum brightness of up to 680 nits. Both handsets have a 16-megapixel front-facing camera and will run on Android Reame UI 4.0 is based on the inbuilt 13.
The two models in the Realme 10 Pro series are said to come in 8GB and 12GB RAM variants and feature 256GB UFS 2.2 storage. Both Realme 10 Pro 5G and 10 Pro+ 5G are said to have 5,000mAh batteries, of which the former supports 33W fast charging and the latter has a 67W ‘SuperVOOC’ fast charging system.
Realme Vice President Madhav Sheth was there before provocative that the Indian variant of Realme 10 Pro+ 5G will cost less than Rs. 25,000. However, the official price is yet to be revealed ahead of the launch date on December 8. The Realme 10 Pro series will go on sale at 12:30pm on Flipkart, where there is one Page for handheld devices.
