Monolith Soft just had another successful year with its release Xenoblade Chronicles 3. It also provides support with the development of Splatoon 3.
To wrap up 2022, it regularly hosts an “internal illustration contest” where fresh graduates can relax and unleash their creativity. According to a preliminary translation, any Monolith Soft employee can participate regardless of their type of work, and the best works will then be shared on the company’s website and other platforms. .
