Fox Talking Head Raymond Arroyo Trashes MSNBC Contributor Turned Ukraine Fighter Malcolm Nance
A frequent contributor to Laura Ingraham’s Fox News program has flatly denied reports that a former MSNBC analyst was involved in the war in Ukraine against Russian forces.
Raymond Arroyo told Ingraham on Wednesday night that Malcolm Nance’s decided to take up arms just the stage.
“This is the biggest stage nonsense since Brian Williams flew over Iraq,” Arroyo said, referring to the former NBC News host. False confirmation that his helicopter caught on fire in 2003. But Arroyo doesn’t specify how he believes Nance’s time in the war-torn country has grown to the point of a fabrication. Instead, Arroyo questioned Nance’s ability to be impartial, although he had previously acknowledged that Nance was no longer an MSNBC analyst.
“Talking about a reporter who was wrong. How can you provide objective analysis of a war when you are a warring party, actually on the ground? ‘ Arroyo said.
Later, after noticing Nance’s think tank, The Asymmetric Terror Project, Arroyo and Ingraham both wondered who was providing financial support for it.
“Is MSNBC funding his new project?” Ingraham asked.
“No, I don’t think so,” Arroyo replied. “But they’re advertising him — I mean — on the ground.”
After Nance, a retired US Navy intelligence officer, appeared on MSNBC on Tuesday night while on the ground in Ukraine, he told The Daily Beast“If someone gives me any damn jokes, just tell them to shut up because they’re obviously idiots who haven’t been in combat.”
Arroyo may not have received the memo.
