In a brief letter dated October 7, Mr Saxena criticized the Kejriwal government, saying its rule, based on “speeches and advertisements”, was not in line with the fundamental interests of the public. they.

LG’s letter comes days after Manish Sisodia, Delhi’s deputy minister, accused him of interfering in the government’s operations of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and ordered an “unconstitutional” investigation into the decisions. and policies of this organization.

In a tweet, two days ago, Mr. Kejriwal said: “LG sahib Every day scolding, the wife does not scold more harsh words. In the past six months, my wife hasn’t written me love letters as much as LG willahib wrote to me. LG sahib, relax a little. And tell your super boss, calm down a bit. “

Reviewing the latest communication from LG, Mr Kejriwal tweeted: “Another love letter arrived today.”

In his letter to Mr Kejriwal Mr Saxena wrote: “I hope that you will accept this message of mine in the true sense of a ‘letter of obligation’ received from the guardian of Delhi, whom you are calling. is a ‘love letter’…”

In his six-page letter, Mr. Saxena detailed 11 decisions the Delhi government has made so far that has caused tension between the Governor of Delhi and the Prime Minister.

Mr. Saxena wrote: “Your government is operating on advertising and speech. When I, in carrying out my constitutional responsibilities, asked you to remedy these shortcomings, you and the others. Your colleagues are not only deceiving people, but also making baseless personal accusations. Be aware and refer to Manish Sisodia’s baseless, misleading and meaningless claims.”

LG added: “I would like to remind you that the issues conveyed to you in the letter have touched the hearts of all the common people of Delhi and those related to my government or the people of Delhi have not received any satisfactory answers from you on those matters.”

Mr. Saxena added that as Central Governor, he took prompt and appropriate action against corruption, inaction and transparency in any government ministry or agency. He declares that he has been completely impartial and fair in the discharge of his constitutional responsibilities.

In response to Mr Sisodia’s request for a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) investigation into the alleged Rs 6,000 crore scam at Delhi City Corporation, LG said: “A detailed report has been obtained. seek from the relevant authorities.”
