There is very sad news about the dubbing industry today. Billy Kametz has passed away at the age of 35 after a battle with stage 4 colon cancer.
Kametz is well known in the anime and video game industry. Nintendo fans will know him best for his role as the voice of Ferdinand Von Aegir in Fire symbol: Three houses and Fire icon heroand Blue in Pokémon Master.
Some other games where he voiced the characters included Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaibone (Rui), Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HD Remaster (Raidou Kuzunoha), Triangle Strategy (Jerrom) and 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim (Nenji Ogata).
He also voices anime characters like Attack the giant, Boruto, Demon Slayer, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure (Josuke Higashkata) and Neon Genesis Evangelion (Shigeru Aoba).
