Despite criticisms of Ana De Armas’ vocals, blonde producer Brad Pitt stands behind her

Marilyn Monroe fans were expecting the biopic in which Ana de Armas would play the famous Blonde. The efforts of the makeup artists and the amazing acting skills of the actress delighted the fans. But for some Internet users, just one trailer is enough to ruin everything.

The network began to discuss Ana’s inability to handle a difficult task. And all because Ben Affleck’s ex-girlfriend refused to lose her voice.

This fact confused a lot of Marilyn fans. De Armas herself is reluctant to respond to the criticism directed at her, but Brad Pitt recently replaced her.

The actor exclaimed: “She is simply amazing in this movie”, noting that not all colleagues dare to try a character of such nuances and nuances. As one of the film’s producers, Brad is confident that Ana will play an important role in popularizing the film with viewers.

Pitt emphasized that the concept of a Marilyn biopic based on the plot of a fiction novel has been floating around for a very long time. However, the project could only come to fruition after the casting director chose Ana de Armas for the position.

The 54-year-old Kiwi director told Variety, “This is an NC-17 movie about Marilyn Monroe, that’s what you want, right?”

“I want to see the story of Marilyn Monroe in NC-17 form.”

As part of the 79th Venice International Film Festival, which runs from August 31 to September 10, Blonde will have its world premiere before streaming on Netflix on September 28.

In the two-and-a-half-hour film, Adrien Brody, Bobby Cannavale, Xavier Samuel and Julianne Nicholson all appear.

It is officially the sequel to Joyce Chopra’s three-hour television series Blonde, which premiered on CBS in 2001 and stars Australian actress Poppy Montgomery.

On Thursday, it will be 60 years since Marilyn (real name Norma Jeane Mortenson) died of a barbiturate overdose at the age of 36.
