BIRMINGHAM: India secured second medal from grass bowling after men’s four-team advance to final of The game of commonwealth on Friday.
After the quartet Lovely Choubey (first), Pinki (second), Nayanmoni Saikia (third) and Rupa Rani Tirkey (failed) beat South Africa 17-10 in the women’s quarterfinal final to awarded India the historic gold medal on Tuesday, with the men’s team following in the footsteps of the women’s team.
