Boy’s body found in Indiana woods stuffed inside Las Vegas suitcase – National
A boy is found dead Over the weekend, his body was stuffed in a suitcase in rural Indiana, police have confirmed.
According to the Indiana State Police, the boy is likely between 5 and 8 years old. He was found by a wild mushroom picker who go through the suitcase while picking up in Washington County on Saturday.
The body was found inside a hard-shell suitcase with an image of the famous Las Vegas sign.
“The suitcase has a typical Las Vegas design on the front and back,” says Sgt. Carey Huls of Indiana State Police said in the press release. “Investigators hope this image will provide more specific advice and identification of the child.”
“I know it’s disturbing and shocking, but we hope that with the release of the image of the suitcase, it can bring back someone’s memory,” Huls told Fox 19 on Thursday. Three.
“This could obviously be a national thing,” added Huls. “It can be a child from any position. We will not exclude anyone, and we will consider any information contained therein that may answer questions about this child’s identity. “
An autopsy has been conducted, but a cause of death has not been determined, police said.
The boy is described as Black, about 4 meters tall, slim build and short hair.
The results of the toxicology report are still pending, the press release states.
