Bangladesh vs Sri Lanka: Kusal Mendis admitted to hospital with chest pain | News about cricket


DHAKA: Sri Lankan Polisher Kusal Mendis was taken to a hospital in Dhaka after experiencing chest pains on the opening day of the Second Test against Bangladesh on Monday.
Mendis appeared uncomfortable and lay in the yard for the last time before lunch.
He was attended by medical staff but left the field shortly after, arms clutched to his chest.
Manzur Hossain Chowdhury, from Bangladesh, said: “Mendis must be taken to hospital for an accurate diagnosis and better control of his condition. Baseball Board doctor.
