Bandai Namco Has “Many Digimon Game Projects In The Pipeline”

It’s been another exciting week for Digimon fans – with Bandai Namco confirming that it will bring Digimon World: Next Order to Nintendo Switch on February 22, 2023.

If this wasn’t enough, Digimon producer Kazumasu Habu also confirmed in the original Japanese announcement that the Digimon team is working on various other Digimon projects. This may not necessarily come as a surprise, but it sure is fun to know!

Kazumasu Habu: “Currently, we are having many Digimon game projects… Stay tuned for the upcoming Digimon games!”

The role-playing game Digimon World: Next Order was originally released in Japan on PlayStation Vita in 2016 and was followed by a native release on PlayStation 4 in 2017. You can learn more in the announcement post. ours:
