Bandai Namco confirms July release date of Digimon Survive
Earlier this week, a leaked July 29 release date for the long-awaited Digimon Survive popped up on gaming sites and social media. Today, Bandai Namco was officially announced.
In a brief video message, Digimon Survive producer Kazumasa Habu confirmed the July date, which appears to be the worldwide release date as pre-orders are now available on retail sites. Check out his messages below.
The release confirmation ends a long wait for Digimon fans; Surviving is published for the first time in 2018 with a 2019 release window. The turn-based strategy game stars a group of teenagers making their way to the Digital World and their respective Digimon partners on a camping trip in school. Protagonist Takuma Momozuka wearing goggles and his best friend Agumon lead this gang to save the world from an unknown threat. You can check out the recent trailer in English this.
Digimon Survive will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC.
