Antonio Rudiger makes predictions about Manchester City & England star Jack Grealish

Antonio Rudiger discussed England and Manchester City star Jack Grealish.

Rudiger faced Grealish earlier this week in a Nations League match. England were the second strongest team for most of Rudiger’s clash with Germany and probably deserved to lose.

However, Jack Grealish came on late into the game and added some much-needed spark to the Three Lions, nearly helping Harry Kane equalize minutes after coming on, but he was denied by Manuel Neuer.

England eventually got the equalizer late, with Grealish being one of their better players of the day.

Now, speaking after the game, Rudiger has suggested that Grealish is a very dangerous player and one who can win the extra games:

“Grealish has given the team a real impact,” said Rudiger. “He is a very dangerous player and those types of players will help you win games.

“The England squad has great quality. [Bukayo] Saka came out, Grealish came in. I saw a lot of big names already on the bench. Britain has a lot to be optimistic about for the future.”

Of England’s depth, Rudiger added: “The players like [Marcus] Rashford and [Jadon] Sancho wasn’t even in the squad. You have a lot of depth and you have great players like Harry Kane, [Raheem] Sterling and Grealish. ”

England will be hoping Grealish can win Saturday’s game when they face Italy.

Coach Gareth Southgate’s side entered the bottom of their Nations League table with just one point from two games.
