Achiuwa was diagnosed with a torn ligament in his ankle
Toronto Raptors forward Precious Achiuwa has been diagnosed with a partial tear of a ligament in his right ankle and is listed as out indefinitely.
Achiuwa injured his ankle and had to leave the field in the fourth round of Wednesday’s 116-109 win over the Houston Rockets.

The Raptors said Thursday that he will be wearing a pair of walking boots for the next 10 days.
Achiuwa is averaging 8.8 points, 7.0 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 20.4 minutes in 12 games this season. He has scored in doubles seven times with two doubles.
Toronto took a shortcut with star striker Pascal Siakam sidelined with a groin injury.
The Raptors usher in a three-game road trip on Friday in Oklahoma City.
