If you can guess, the other thing about us “old people” is that we don’t care Use SPF like everyone else now. Sure, I used sunscreen knowing I was going to be out in the sun all day, but I never really thought about using it as part of my daily skin care routine. Now that I’m in my 40s, I’m obsessed with my SPF, and that’s really only happened in the last couple of years. I guess the late bloomer! It’s not okay if I don’t apply sunscreen before I leave the house. (However, I still haven’t gotten to the point of applying it when I’m not out of the house, even when blue light damage is one thing.)
If you look around my apartment, there are bottles of sunscreen everywhere. In the bathroom, in the bedroom, on my desk, in my car, a wallet each. At one point, I realized I was using at least five different forms of sunscreen. And truth be told, I don’t even have a favorite. Similar to how I feel about the Spice Girls, I love them all!
